Hana (flower) Festival is held at the end of April. During the festival, Shinsaibashi Top Lady hands out a colorful spring flower and “Shinbura collection catalogue,” a pamphlet introduces good-buys, to shoppers.

The summer annual event, Shinsaibashi Yukata Mode Contest marked its 10th anniversary in 2010; now it is renewed to Shinsaibashi Girls Contest! More than 100 talented and beautiful contestants in latest fashion gather at Daimaru Shinsaibashi Theater where Shinsaibashi Top Lady is selected.

Fall Shinbura Collection is held in October. On stage, in front of Daimaru department store, there is a string quartet mini concert, opera performance and skit to advertise the whole events to shoppers. Arcade Concierges, formed by the members of the shopping center and Shinsaibashi Top Lady, promote Shinsaibashi wine and give away “Fall Shinbura Collection Catalogue” to shoppers. They also help shoppers by answering questions and/or escort them to stores to ensure pleasant atmosphere.

Toka-Ebisu (the Tenth Day Ebisu), merchants' festival, is held every year at the Imamiya Ebisu Shrine from January 9th through the 11th. During the three days, a large number of people visit the shrine to pray to the god of business, known as ‘Ebessan’ by locals, for the prosperity of business.
On January 10th,“Ho-e-kago,”a good-luck carrier, march out into the streets to Imamiya Ebisu Shrine, and Shinsaibashi Top Ladies participate in this event as the holy maidens of good fortune, “Fuku-musume” with the Shopping Center reps.

The first Japanese character in Shinsaibashi translates to heart which symbolizes mind, and spirit.
Shinsaibashisuji Shopping Center is made up of 8 blocks. 8 small hearts together make a larger heart emblem. This heart mark is the representation of the unity of our staffs' hearts.
The designed length and breadth logotype of "Shinsaibashi" relates to the north-south street and the east-west avenue.
