You can closely examine finely created original wood-block prints from the Edo to Meiji Periods when Japanese craftsmen's skills flourished. Nakao Shoten has pieces by Utagawa School painters, including Toyokuni, Kuniyoshi, Kunichika and Yoshiiku, all of which are attractive. Also available are reprinted editions of prints by Hiroshige, Hokusaki and others.
